McDonald's in Voelklingen

Ordered a juice shop via the app to be told that the order didn't work, then had to sit in the car for 20 minutes at zero degrees. And cars that came after me were served before me. In that time I would have my own breakfast made .

French fries still raw without salt, burger was cold, everything was thrown on it, no sauces were included. Never eaten as bad as here! I will never eat there again that was the last time !!

Pre-ordered in the app, can be picked up at the drive without problems

I actually like going there. The staff is always friendly and kind. But you MUST ALWAYS check your order. It is annoying when you come home and the children's meals are incomplete. Last time we got drinks on the go without straws. Maybe that was exciting ...

You can't say anything about the quality of a system caterer. However, the staff tries to adapt to the current circumstances as well as possible.

Friendly staff, quick service. When traveling with your grandchildren, a must :-)

Every time something is missing in the bag at the drive. In the meantime I check that everything is there, so far so good ... From now on you have to tear open the packaging to be sure that you get what you ordered. IMPOSSIBLE

Was relatively unfriendly and turned away after waiting for a while at the cash desk with the note that an order should be made at the terminal. In these times, the pressure to order with touch at the terminal and to concentrate the number of guests there is actually unreasonable.

It goes quickly and tastes good, but as soon as it gets stressful, employees forget things and usually no longer sound friendly. You can hear the tension in the voice.

If a restaurant is open until 10 p.m. (on 07/31/20) and gives orders to "eat here" until shortly before the end, you cannot throw out the people in the outdoor area very uncharmingly right afterwards !!! In front of the counter, the service should also be friendlier. This special "lady" has now struck me very unpleasantly for the third time in a row. Then I prefer to take my money where I am treated as a friendly guest. The food was cold too.

Once, this place would have rated 4+ now only 3. After renovation, the place gained a modern look and new functionality. There were more places and it became more transparent, for me a bit too clearly, there is a lack of privacy and intimacy when you want to eat in peace. A huge minus for the ashtrays in the garden outside, non-smokers literally choke on the cigarette smoke. Another minus for the lack of options for topping drinks as it was some time ago. Food slightly warm, once hot on the old kitchen.

Different menu than what is found in the States. Nice variety and better tastes then US McDonald's. There one complaint is that they are much slower the the US McDonald's.
